How can The Motor Claim Line help?
How we can help depends on what type of insurance cover you have, comprehensive, or third party (including Third Party Fire & Theft).

If you have Comprehensive insurance cover:
You are having your claim dealt with under your comprehensive policy. You should have reported the accident to your insurance company and have, or be in the process of, completing a claim form (accident report form). if your car is being repaired and the there is not a suitable courtesy car available then The Motor Claim Line Ltd will arrange to supply a vehicle. if your car is being repaired then you can generally keep the hire car until the repairs are completed.

You are entitled to have your car repaired at any repairer that you wish. If you would like details of quality approved repairers please contact us.

If you have an excess to pay then this is due to the repairer on completion of the repair. The Motor Claim Line Ltd will then reclaim this from the third party responsible for the accident.
If your car is deemed beyond economical repair you should replace it as soon as possible. Generally you can keep the hire vehicle for up to 7 days after the cheque has been sent by the insurance company.

Please inform us when you have had your offer, whether you accept it or not. It is important that any dispute on valuation is settled expeditiously as the third party are not responsible for delays between yourself and your own insurer, whether caused by dispute or any other reason.

Who pays?

All your expenses and other costs incurred after a blame-free motor accident will be reclaimed from the insurance company of the driver who was at fault.
